1. Terms & Conditions for All Reservations

1. All rates quoted are on a room-only, per-night basis unless otherwise indicated.
2. All bookings are subject to availability.
3. Rates are subject to change without prior notification.
4. Full pre-payment of the accommodation amount is required to secure your booking. Should a pre-payment or guarantee not be received to secure the booking, Bossi Lodge reserves the right to cancel the booking within 48 hours of the arrival date.
5. Earliest check-in is 3:00pm, latest check-in is 10:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am.
6. Guaranteed reservations which have prepaid in full, or which have alternative guarantees in place with extended payment facilities at the lodge, will be held for the first night only. Thereafter, the accommodation will be released if not occupied.
7. Bossi Lodge reserves the right to discontinue any promotion at its discretion.
8. Credit or debit cards used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in at the lodge.
9. Due to the Immigration Act No. 19 of 2004, positive personal identification will be required upon check-in. A valid passport or ID document will be accepted.

2. Cancellation Policy per Reservations

A no-show fee equal to one night’s stay will be charged for guaranteed reservations that do not adhere to the cancellation policy.

Please note that all rates include VAT at 15% but exclude the 1% Tourism Levy applicable presently in South Africa.

Cancellation for seven or fewer rooms within 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a full cancellation fee equal to the value of one night’s accommodation booked.

3. Taxes & Tourism Levy

All rates include VAT at 15% unless otherwise stated, but exclude the 1% Tourism Levy presently applicable in South Africa.

4. ID & Card Verification

Guests may be asked to present the card used for the booking and valid identification upon check-in. This helps protect both the guest and the lodge.
